IMPORTANT - Read carefully!
- I offer design requests for two styles of Levis denim jacket - the trucker jacket and the western shirt. Prices vary depending on type of jacket and design. Each listing has more information on pricing and available options, however if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
- I currently offer customising on denim and leather jackets. If you would like to enquire about getting a design on a style, brand or material of jacket not listed, or if you wish to send me a jacket, please email me before placing an order so we can discuss it further.
- For commissioned design requests I take a non-refundable deposit of £35. I use it to cover some of my initial costs. The £35 deposit is included in your quoted price, and will be subtracted from your total at point of final sale.
- Due to the highly individual nature of my work, unfortunately I am unable to offer returns or refunds on custom jackets. If you have an issue with a piece when it arrives, contact me and I'll see if I can help. For my part, I do my best to ensure a client is happy before I ask for payment and ship.
- As a general rule, I do not consider requests for designs that copy another artist's work, even if it is a design many artists are using. If you have a request relating to a design like this, feel free to ask but do not be offended if I say no, or offer to adapt it in my personal style.
- It's important you are fully aware of what you are purchasing beforehand. Each design is hand-painted using Angelus paint (and Posca pens or products by Solarcolordust where stated in the listing), and I take great care to prepare, paint and set each jacket. As such, the piece should be reasonably weather resistant. While I recommend spot cleaning where possible, it is washable inside out on a delicate cycle. Hang up and allow to air dry.
- You must remember that these pieces are wearable works of art. When you buy hand-painted apparel, you run the risk of cracks, scuffs, chips etc. EVERY time you wear it. They are for CASUAL WEAR only. Wear at your own risk.
- I am a customiser - I do not offer refurbishment or repairs. If you wish to send me a pre-owned or used jacket to customise, I can often accept; however I make no claims that I will restore your jacket. I merely add custom designs. If you are concerned about the suitability of your jacket for customising, feel free to contact me. I always ask for photos showing the condition of used items before accepting an order.
